    You will need:

    For ljulja kebab:

    – Ground beef 400 g

    – Chicken thigh meat with skin 150g(ground chicken)

    – Ground coriander

    – Ground cumin

    – Fresh cilantro 100 g

    – Sweet paprika

    – Ground cinnamon

    Salt and pepper to taste .

    Mix all ingredients and leave in fridge for about an hour .

    Form the kebabs and grill.

    For the oven – place on a baking tray with baking paper .

    Bake at 200 c/ 390 F for 20-25 min,turn on the grill function for the last 5 minutes.

    Lime pickled onion:

    – large red onion sliced

    – Juice of one lime

    – Fresh mint

    – Sugar 5 g

    Mix all ingredients add salt ,sugar and pepper to taste.

    Leave in the fridge for 20 mins.

    Tomato mozzarella salad:

    – tomatoes 300 g

    – Chives 50 g

    – Juice of half a lemon

    – Mozzarella 150 g

    – Fresh basil

    – Olive oil

    Mix all ingredients add salt and pepper to taste.

    Grill sauce:

    – tomatoes 200 g

    – Half of fresh chili pepper

    – 1 small paprika

    – 2-3 garlic gloves

    Add tomatoes,chili,garlic and paprika to blender and mix.

    Add some sugar,olive oil and pepper

    Enjoy)
