Yum. I made some ceviche recently and added a lot of onion. Unfortunately everyone else thought it was too oniony lol oh well, more for me!

I love pico, had some for breakfast this am. I added ceviche shrimp. Would have added mangoes but I’m in the Midwest and they were in rough shape and very pricey.
