1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
2 shredded baked chicken breasts
Diced celery, carrot, red bell pepper and green pepper onion
Will portion and top with a little crumbled blue cheese

  2. Do you prefer this buffalo sauce over Frank’s? Have you tried them both? I’m pretty sure franks is zero calories as well.

    Yay! It is pretty tangy but I love vinegar. I’d say you could drizzle some ranch over if you wanted more creaminess. I also witch I doubled the vegg.
