Ingredients:

– Sourdough home made or bought on store
Home made is easy, mix 1 yeast sachet with 1 glass of luke warm water and bit of sugar, leave rest until bubbles on the surface.
– 300 g of wheat flour, add the yeast mixture, 2 tbsp of olive oil, start to mix and add more water min 250ml until everything is well combined. Leave it rest for an hour.
When you dough doubled volume, brush olive oil in your oven tray. and follow the video.

– Olive oil
– Salt, pepper, Italian herbs
– Garlic, basil, oil

pre heat the oven at 200°C, gas mark 6 and bake during 20 min.
