    it aint perfect until you cut it and see the color -then eat it and taste. However it looks very yummy. Next, try the same with rib chops and not loin chops, even yummier, but trim the extra fat off em.

    it’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. Only the very tip of the bottom is seared enough, and the overall color is inconsistent. Now quit jerking yourself off, posting about your “perfect” chop on reddit, and just eat the thing.

    problem with lamb for me… cook it beyond perfect..but can it not be gamey?
