I’m calling this a “close enough” breakfast treat because the Trader Joe’s Guava fruit spread has added cain sugar in it and there isn’t a veggie on sight(I’ll make it up to myself lunch & dinner!) I did 1 cup of part skim ricotta, 1 Tbsp avocado oil, 1/4 cup of the guava spread (that is so stinking delicious), blended it in the food processor and slapped 1/4 of the recipe onto a toasted whole wheat English muffin and sprinkled 2 Tbsp of sliced toasted almonds on top. Yummy!
