-scramble egg
-sauté minced ginger and carrots in sesame oil until soft
-add chopped mushrooms, frozen peas, frozen corn
-add brown rice and cubed smoked tofu, finish with scrambled egg
-seasoned with salt, soy sauce, more sesame oil 🙂

Looks good but idk about the tofu.
A meal prep classic. Looks great!
I like to cook my tofu in air fryer in order to make it crispy first when I make this! Looks delish!
