• Olive oil
• Taggiasca olives
• Garlic
• Chili flakes
• Anchovies in oil
• Parsley (stems for the oil, leaves at the end)
• Tomato sauce (recipe on my channel)
• Sugar (if needed)
• Salt for the water
• Frutti di capperi (or capers in salt)

  4. Денису – мое почтение. вариация путтанески – оливки и каперсы идут в "софрито до помидор, чуть обжариваются с предыдущими компонентами, потом немного белого вина, выпарить 30сек и добавить помидоры.

  11. Great video, puttanesca is my favourite pasta. Absolutely delicious with a real depth of flavour due to the anchovies. We can only get capers in vinegar here in Australia, so I always need to add a little sugar to balance it.
