Another recipe for Eid ul Adha, especially for those who are doing qurbani of a cow. The special ground spice Ras el Hanout is easy to make. Every household has these spices, so no one can say this masala is not available. I will give the recipe of Ras el Hanout, Harissa, and red Chillie hummus in my next video, In Shaa Allah. You can use this pulled beef to make burgers and wraps that all, old and young, will enjoy. The only problem would be baking in low temperature oven for 5 to 6 hours. What the alternative is to cook in a thick base pot on the lowest flame, checking in between to see if there is enough water as we don’t want it to burn. I will in my next video show you how to serve this delicious beef.
