I like the medium one, but it seems my accidental burn is how those with an apparently more refined palette seem to prefer their bread (or did I even surpass that?). What do you think?

    As long as its cooked through and the fermentation was good then I wouldn’t mind any of them! Darkest, dark brown kr golden brown!

    Middle but I am a slave to my oven being a twat and spiking or dropping for no reason, so I’ll eat all 3. But I’m elated when I get the middle!

    I’m team medium although I’ve been baking a bit longer these days and enjoying team dark.

    bottom left. no question. This is the only right answer if you know bread (maillard reaction and caramelization of the crust).

  11. By all means use that pink salt if it is what you have laying around, but don’t bother spending money on it! It’s just salt.
