Hi Everyone,
I haven't done anything to this size before and have always been interested in trying it out. I have my hands on the pictured offset set smoker. I would really be keen to know your thoughts on what would be a hectic first cook with it.
Any advice?

How much that set you back
You gotta christen that thing with ribs. It should be every first smoke honestly
26 briskets.
Dang with that thing you could open a restaurant

Everything.
I thought this was a joke til I read the caption.
I would suggest an entire cow
Shiiiit, probably a whole cow
Are you planning on opening a bbq popup? If not, I’d sell it tbh. That’s HUGE for someone that doesn’t regularly make food for a ton of people
500 Chicken Wings

A herd of cattle.
Why didn’t you get the big one?
Hot dogs
You dont just get your hands on a smoker like that lol, how much time went into ordering and getting specifics?
A 💩load of biscuits. Got to find those hot spots first!
Go hard or go home… cook at least 4 cases of brisket on that thing…
That stack exit is really high on the box, in my opinion. I’m not too confident it will heat up the entire batch evenly. You might have to close the stack a little to slow the roll and allow the heat to back up some. Especially when you pack it full
Stuff.
everything, you have room. Brisket, Shoulder, Ribs, Chicken Thighs and Sausage
One chicken wing
Ah the starter model! Probably wings, franks…

I’ve never smoked on something that big, but attention you gonna burn through a ton of wood just to get that thing up to temp?
“Got my hands on a smoker”?! Damn son you may need a burn permit for that thing.
