Miso Glaze wild caught king salmon

  • 1 lbs of salmon
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1/3 cup junmai sake
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I did 1 sesame and 1 avocado)

Mix the glaze and cover the salmon in it over night. Broil for ??? minutes. I didn't pay attention to the default time on my air fryer which is why it burned a little. But it smells amazing, love my carcinogens.

Kale salad

  • chopped kale
  • edamame
  • hemp hearts
  • zucchini sliced
  • chopped sugar snap peas
  • thai chili peppers
  • 1/2 tablespoon of simple truth asian style vinegrette

Chop all the salad bits up and mix together! I put the edamame and hemp hearts on top and didn't mix them in. I also forgot to add more variety to the salad. I might add in some red onions slices for more flavor.

    Do you microwave to reheat? And if so. the salad still holds up okay afterwards?
