Kinda mishmoshed my own recipe and used finely chopped gim instead of blending the nori paper up (The oil on the gim will not blend well).

Toppings:

  • 1 package gim
  • 2tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 scallion
  • chopped up lettuce, 2 leaves
  • soft boiled egg
  • 1 banded bunch of buckwheat noodles

Sauce:

  • 1:1 ratio of soy sauce and perilla oil, 3tbsp for this recipe
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tsp brown rice vinegar (White may work better)

Cold noodles are so good as the weather gets warmer.
