
Kinda mishmoshed my own recipe and used finely chopped gim instead of blending the nori paper up (The oil on the gim will not blend well).
Toppings:
- 1 package gim
- 2tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 scallion
- chopped up lettuce, 2 leaves
- soft boiled egg
- 1 banded bunch of buckwheat noodles
Sauce:
- 1:1 ratio of soy sauce and perilla oil, 3tbsp for this recipe
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp brown rice vinegar (White may work better)
Cold noodles are so good as the weather gets warmer.
