Just received my very first Traeger and it arrived like this…like seriously WTF! I was excited to get it built and only to find out it’s damaged I mean it’s not huge but still pretty bummed to see it arrive like this. The back was hard to open since it’s bent Fml gotta go through the hassle of sending it back…

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

You probably had the best chance by just rejecting it upon delivery. Just straight up don’t accept it.
This is why you go to the store to pick up your heavy things, if possible.
I’d try Traeger support first if you’re fairly handy. I’ve heard in the past they are good about sending out replacement parts for shipping damage like this but you’d probably have to do the replacement yourself that route.
Just called they’re offering me $149 return if I just keep it….ummm tempting
That should have never been delivered. Sorry for your loss.
I was surprised when mine was sent by freight and delivered on a pallet. I guess it prevented what happened to you. Hope you get it sorted out
That’s definitely a return. If the store gives you any hassle you could do a charge back on your credit card
Definitely send it back. Imo
Nah, you crazy fam?!? Keep that thing and make them give you a credit. It’s all superficial.
