You do you, and it would be 3 net carbs per pack. Not a crisis. But that’s a lot of ingredients for what should be simpler. And it’s pretty deceptive marketing to include Stevia in the product name when it’s the tiniest ingredient and there’s more sucralose and erythritol than stevia. Also not a fan of hydrogenated oil even if it’s coconut. It’s not a crisis as a treat but for a regular drink you can do better.

Seriously, why not just brew black coffee and add your own sweetener/cream? I’m not seeing the benefit here of this prepackaged stuff.

Brew your own coffee and keep 19 of those chemicals out of your body!

I just make black coffee in French press. Sometimes if I want to treat myself in add a splash of whole milk. You could easily add stevia as well, and if so you’d only be investing 3 ingredients instead of this cocktail of chemicals. But to answer your question, yes this should be fine on keto assuming your other meals are low-carb.

It contains sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener that can affect blood sugar. I recommend only having foods and drinks with natural sweeteners.

most folks tend to stay under 20 grams of carbs or aim to be around it for keto at least. so 3 grams of carbs per pack is well within the limits of carb intake. That ingredient list tho is a different story, personally speaking I wouldn’t touch the stuff since it would cause me inflammation issues with seed oils etc.

I personally hate stevia and would rather do regular coffee with a high fat cream then your preferred sweetener

Hydrogenated oils are carcinogenic. Look it up. This is horrible for you. Stay away at all costs

The internet will tell you artificial sugars are ok for keto but the moment you stop using them you’ll get results

If you can fit the 6 carbs in, yes
