Canadian Bacon English Muffin Sandwiches

Eggs:

6 eggs cracked in ramekins, break the yolk a bit, add some salt and pepper

Canadian bacon slices fried up in olive oil to get a good char.

Lightly toasted English muffins, no butter for health reasons.

I keep them frozen. I move one from the freezer to the fridge about 12 hours before breakfast to defrost. Microwave high 50 seconds, add a slice of kraft cheese and microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds.

Cost: using Costco products, $29 for 24 sandwiches
