Ingredients:
1200 g /2.6 lb plain rectangle cookies/ biscuits in some countries they cal l them biscuits
1 Kg Medjool dates or any soft variety
100 g / 3.5 oz butter melted over low heat
1 cup full cream milk powder optional, but recommended
2 tablespoons orange blossom water or rose water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon mastic gum, optional
White sesame seeds or your favorite crushed nuts like pistachios or walnuts
