Just for the hell of it I made some hot sauce, a quick stove top one and there's another one fermenting. The heat was right but it needed a bit more flavor so I adjusted what's in the jar for the next one.

  1. When you say more flavor what are you adjusting (salt, acid, other aromatics)? Genuinely just curious. I love making salsa but entertaining doing some hot sauce dabbling this summer.
