    I sautéed one chopped white onion and 7 cloves with olive oil on medium heat. Then I added 1-6oz can of tomato paste and “cooked” that. Then I added 32 oz of heavy cream, black pepper and basil to taste. Once it came to a simmer, I lowered the heat down to low, added 1 boursin garlic and fine herb cheese and 7 oz. Of grated edam cheese. Once all melted I added penne. I finish my plate with red pepper because not everyone in my house likes spicy.

    Stop talking about it and live it. Survive on carbohydrates alone and no protein or omega 3 fatty acids.
