  1. Domaine Tempier Bandol Blanc 2023

    Pale lemon in color.

Strong nose and medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

Showing limes, grapefruits, gooseberries, earth and spices.

Long finish with limes and almonds.

This is a delicious Bandol white. Rich, tangy and fruit forward. Has a New world Sauvignon Blanc feel.

Expressive and spicy. Complex and nicely balanced. Really enjoyed the nose here.

Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolves.

A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with food too.

A blend of 60% Clairette, 30% Ugni Blanc with 10% Vermentino and Bourboulenc. Grapes are handpicked, and aged for 10 months in used oak barrels.

    12.5% alcohol by volume .

    92 points.

    $50.

  2. Love provence white! Very underrated and therefore great value for money in my opinion. With Tempier you pay for the brand ofcourse, but you know it will be solid!

    Sigh, 2021 is about $60 for a 375ml here…..

  5. Had it this weekend and thought it needed some more age as it showed best on day 3
