Its normal for some types of peppers to flower so early. You don’t have to do anything. Give your plants lots of light, water, and nutrients. It will drop the flowers by itself if not ready

They look really healthy. Keep doing what you are doing

Yep, the plant has decided that given its environment, it’s ready to produce flowers (and thus reproduce). I still have some seedlings that haven’t moved into their permanent homes yet, still in 4″ pots, and they’re starting to produce buds. The roots have filled the containers, so the plant feels its maximized its growth and thus should produce flowers, fruit, and seeds. I assume you’ll be moving them to bigger pots, yeah?
You’ll get varying opinions about whether or not to remove early buds (so the plant puts the growth towards stems and leaves instead – bigger plant = can make more fruit); it’s a hotly debated topic. My personal protocol is to remove buds while the plant is waiting to be transplanted, but once it’s in its final home, let it do its thing. Last year I let a banana pepper plant make a fruit in a tiny pot, and the plant super stagnated and got all yellow! Once I removed the pepper, it perked right back up 🙂 (or at least the new growth did, lol)

Agree with others. These look great! I usually pluck the first round or two of buds but not needed if you don’t want to. Keep up the good good lovin!

Yes, they are putting on buds that will flower and then turn into a pepper

Remove buds on some and keep them on the others. Track them throughout the summer and see if there is any significant difference in production and whatnot. Keep track of the # of peppers and total weight of harvest per plant.
