The entire description I wrote is gone. Sorry everyone. Long story short. Sucked at sourdough tried for years. Decided to start again and made a starter. 3 week old starter. Used this recipe recommended by someone in this sub. Thank you to whoever posted it! 48 cold proof gave me the best flavor and sour taste!
I’m new to sourdough and have been using this recipe. I’ve only made two loaves so far but both were so sticky after the bulk fermentation and couldn’t hold it’s shape. I’m sure my failures are my lack of experience timing the bulk fermentation. I would love to know if you have any additional tips regarding this particular recipe.

Thank you! This will be the next recipe I try.
Alexandra’s recipe is my standard go-to! It taught me so much about the entire process of baking sourdough.
Does this use the starter at peak for the recipe?
