Made these cauliflower fritters today — such a great way to enjoy cauliflower! I just chopped the cauliflower into florets, boiled them for 2 minutes, then did an ice bath to cool down. After drying, I mixed in chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic. I added some eggs and flour, shaped them into fritters, and shallow-fried until golden. Served them with a delicious yogurt sauce. Definitely a tasty and satisfying recipe — can’t wait to make these again!

    Plant based = vegan here. No eggs.

    Well and generally no oil or not pan fried in oil anyhow

    Those look good but belong on the vegetarian sub
