The low vldl is making me mildly worried but otherwise I think ok?

  1. Your LDL is elevated. You may be able to lower it, maybe even a lot, by increasing dietary fiber and minimizing saturated fat to <6% of calories or even 10 grams per day. Retest in 6 weeks.
