Are you looking for a refreshing summer salad that’s ready in 15 minutes? This lesserk known Greek salad, the musulata, is about to change your lunch game. Packed with dill and fresh garden veggies, it is a perfect summer salad. Start with the romaine chunking into about 1 in pieces. Add that into a mixing bowl and then move on to your celery cutting on a bias. For the cucumber, I prefer to peel part of it, which gives both texture and increases the dressing absorption. And for the cucumber and the red onion, we’re looking for 1/8 in half moons, just like this. For the snow peas, we’re going to cut on a bias just like the celery into 1/8 inch. Now, on to what makes this salad, the dill. Cut it into chunky pieces, just like this. Now, for the dressing, we’re just going to combine all the dressing ingredients into a bowl or mason jar. We’re going to whisk or shake thoroughly until you have a homogenized mixture. Just like that. Now, in an extra-large salad bowl, combine all the ingredients. I added chicken here into the bowl. Dress the salad sparingly and then plate up as I did here. Adding a generous amount of dill to finish. Save this recipe and fall as I work to fix Borg lunches for good.
