When I go to kbbq I have them bring so many dishes of kimchi to go with my meat.

It’s actually really easy and pretty cheap to make your own kimchi

I wanted to try it but they delivered mine and I didn’t get an update when it was delivered so it sat in the mailbox for like 5 days in the summer heat (my mailbox is like 1 mile away) and I didn’t feel safe eating it since it said to keep refrigerated. They would not resend.

It is actually spicy. If I recall they use ghost peper powder. It has a great kick

By potent do you mean spicy or funky? I love me some kimchi but I’ve definitely had some that was a little too fermented for me.
