This blend is not on the excel spreadsheet. We have it on good authority that the blend is made by Seasoned Pioneers for HelloFresh, sadly their site only mentions the ingredients and not their ratios.https://www.seasonedpioneers.com/spices-seasonings/worldwide/central-american-spice-mix/

Fortunately there is a recipe that almost exactly matches the ingredients list on thecookscook.com called Latin Spice Blend. The only differences are the addition of coriander and cloves and absence of allspice (ground allspice berries). https://thecookscook.com/recipes/latin-spice-blend/

We tried it tonight in the Hellofresh Spiced Pork Quesadillas & wedges with Sweetcorn, Cheddar recipe and it worked perfectly. 1 tablespoon of the blend per 2 portions. We swapped allspice for the ground cloves mentioned in thecookscook recipe, and stuck with 1/4 of the ratio base unit since, like cloves, allspice is a strong flavour. Another website mentioned that cloves are often used as alternatives for allspice so it all kind of makes sense.

Anyway, here is the recipe. Hope someone finds it useful.
