The artwork is sick!! Please drop a link when available on Shopify, I would kill to try the bird’s eye, tamarind, and ginger sauce. That’d be awesome even without a trout on it.

Ooo the tamarind. Id be willing to try that! Side note I heard the hype of the b.s mcdonalds nether sauce and being raised mexican w tamarind candy (mango, fruits w tamarind and p much tajin, and lime/lemon. Also chamoy flavors.) i was like ?? This is just tamarind
