Here it is thawed and out of the package. Gf wants to make curry, but I feel like this might deserve a different treatment? What's your favorite way to cook this? I've got cast iron, instant pot, oven and grill, no smoker.

    Boneless skinless chicken thighs. Cut it up and make curry.

    these are pork (hind) leg steaks, boneless. they are darker meat, so would be decent in curry. quite lean, possibly tougher

    I’ve got 12 years in the meat department and I’m 100% sure those are pork sirloins. We used to cut those up into pork sirloin chops. They would be great cut into cubes or strips and used for curry, or sliced into chops.
