Heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry 4 salmon fillets on each side for about 3 minutes until golden. In this video, I’m sharing 3 delicious salmon recipes. If you like the first one, you’re going to LOVE the rest! 😋. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. remove the fillets from the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan. Add 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped or sliced. Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. 1 shallot. Cook the shallots for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved. Add cherry tomatoes, Season with ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes. Cook for 1 minute. Now it’s time to make everything ‘Florentine’. add 280g (10oz) of spinach to the pan. mix well and cook until the spinach has started to wilt. Stir in 1 ½ cups (340ml) heavy cream. 115g (4oz) grated parmesan cheese. A generous handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped. Stir in the parsley and mix until well combined. Return the salmon fillets to the pan. not forgetting the juices that have collected on the plate. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2 more minutes. Get ready for the second most delicious recipe 😋💯. mm…delicious😋. 2 salmon slices. Score the skin side of the fish. Scoring the skin allows the fillet to cook more evenly and adds a lot of flavor to the fish. Season with salt and black pepper. Olive oil. Fry salmon over medium/high heat for 1 minute. Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs. Turn the salmon over and cook for another minute. Bring the water to a boil, stir in the vinegar and create a whirlpool. boil the egg for 3 minutes. Turn the salmon over and turn the heat to low. Add 2 tbsp butter. Add fresh thyme. Fry for another 4 minutes on low heat. Get ready for the 3rd most delicious recipe 😋💯. Season with sweet paprika, salt and drizzle with olive oil. Mmm..delicious😋. 2 salmon fillets, skinless. season with salt and black pepper. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp butter. Add salmon to skillet over medium heat. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp white vinegar. 2 cloves of garlic. 4 tbsp honey. Flip, then bake the other side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Pour the sauce over the salmon. Fry for 1 minute or until just beginning to thicken slightly. spring onions (optional). When you eat salmon, unless it is wild caught you are eating fish that has been grown on a diet of other fish that have been harvested around the world much of it perfectly palatable in its own right and profitable to the harvesters as such, but turning it into salmon doubles the return. Not much good for the planet but certain bank balances benefit.
