Lowest cal option at Italian restaurant (Provino’s)?
Hey guys. I’m going to dinner at this restaurant called Provino’s. I want to make sure I’m still within my cal goal. What’s the best option I should order here cal wise and or protein wise? No seafood.

Maybe the manicotti with marinara? Less carbs, more protein and as cheeses go ricotta’s not too bad calorically. ETA-I see the eggplant/vegetable Parmesan says “baked,” but if it’s the standard preparation, the veggies will be breaded and fried first, then layered in a pan to bake.

I think the veggie pasta primavera or regular pasta with marinara
the manicotti will be stuffed with cheese
you might also do some appetizer, mussels or the soup
