I've been a huge Guga fan since 2020 and this video was such an interesting look at how he got his brand started, his thought process behind videos and some of the ups and downs he's faced.

Starting with Georges Pralus and Bruno Goussault there is a long line of chefs that truly perfected it.
I randomly couldn’t sleep one night in 2020, went on YouTube at 3AM. Saw a sous vide video of his, ordered an anova cooker, a tub, and a custom torch head on ebay. The rest is history.
