I meal prep for just me so I have a lot of half open boxes of pasta in my pantry. This week I sub consciously did three different pasta dishes š I didnāt even realize it until I was setting up the picture. I tend to prep 1-2 days before my day off that way Iām just cooking and transferring everything into my meal containers.
This weeks lunch/dinners (from left to right)
Greek chicken pasta salad with Bibb lettuce on the side
- Rotisserie chicken (I get lemon pepper)
- whatever pasta
- Cucumber
- Roma tomato
- Kalamata olives
- Pickled banana peppers
- Feta cheese
- Onion
- Garlic
- EVOO
- Red wine vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Oregano
- Salt n pepper
Rosatella spaghetti
- Jar of Rosatella sauce (I get the one from Trader Joeās, Iāve used packets for it that I have found at other grocery stores)
- Spaghetti (save some pasta water when itās done)
- Ground meat
- Garlic
- Onion
- Italian seasonings spice mix
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt n pepper
