This burger is smashed to perfection, topped with gooey cheddar cheese, and topped with your classic tomato, onion, greens, and a homemade chipotle mayo. It’s proper bangin’ ✨

Disclaimer: I know this recipe is more of an assembly just using Impossible meat and not a full-on diy recipe, but I thought it was so easy and convenient for those folks that don’t like to spend too much time in the kitchen πŸ˜‚ P.S me included sometimes LOL

β–’ 10 oz meat free ground beef

β–’ 2 slices dairy free cheddar cheese

β–’ Salt and pepper, to taste

    β–’ Sesame bun

    β–’ Chipotle mayo

    β–’ Lettuce or spinach

    β–’ Steak tomato, sliced

    β–’ Red onion, sliced

    Instructions:
    1. Split ground beef into 2.5 oz each and roll into balls. Cut two parchment squares, making sure the square is a bit burger than the bun you’re using.

    2. On a grill or pan over a high heat with butter or oil, add ground beef.

    3. Place parchment over beef and use a spatula to smash beef into a flat burger. Season with salt and pepper.

    4. Flip and add cheese slice. Tip for better cheese melt, spray surface with water then cover to trap steam.

    5. Repeat process with remaining beef.

    6. Assemble bun β€” bun, chipotle mayo, spinach or lettuce, tomato, beef + cheese, red onion, chipotle mayo, and bun. Serve.

No matter if vegan or not, this trend is awful.

That’s way too much raw onion, you’re crazy.

  4. Is this a recipe? You just make a burger the same way everyone does, swapping in vegan products
