Shrimp and Pollock have 23g/100C, they are almost 100% protein. They are more protein than any protein powder, and are super cheap too.

Can I suggest adding a column for health and/or max recommended servings per week?
Eg, most people don’t know not all seafood is “healthy” – shrimp are high in cholesterol. So are eggs, and certain fishes can be high in heavy metals etc etc.
