    Cut against the grain the meat will be tender and better to chew.

    Yes great cut of beef, excellent flavour! Ironically, it needs to be cut along the one longer side, against the grain, there are many videos on the web to show how. Cook whole, slice and you be very close to heaven! Amazing! Enjoy!!!

    Picanah is basically a rump roast what’s the diff, yall being fooled by a name

  9. That’s a cool way of cooking it, I usually just slice it into thick steaks before I cook them
