🍽️ Ingredients:
2 or 3 sheets of ready-made phyllo dough (depending on the size of your baking dish)
A bunch of fresh spinach (washed and chopped)
Feta cheese (you can combine with grated mozzarella for extra flavor)
For the sauce:
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
100 ml milk
50 ml oil
200 ml carbonated mineral water
A pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, milk, and oil.
Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Then, add the carbonated mineral water, stir gently, and set aside.

Prepare the Filling:
Finely chop the fresh spinach.
Mix it with your choice of cheese — here I used a blend of feta and grated mozzarella for a creamy and tangy combo.

Shape the Phyllo Dough:
Take your phyllo sheets and loosely gather them as shown in the video.
Arrange them in a greased baking dish, side by side, until the dish is filled.

Add the Filling:
Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture in between the folds of the dough.

Pour the Sauce:
Finally, pour the prepared sauce evenly over the entire dish, making sure it reaches all parts.

Bake:
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy your crispy, cheesy spinach pie!
