Finally starting to see colors change (other than the cayennes…). I wasn’t really prepped for starting to ferment stuff down. Can I throw these guys into a bag in the freezer to keep until I get more to ripen? Surprisingly, the hots and superhots are kicking off the season and the milds are the slow growers this year.
