My first attempt at pretzel bread. (Any bread in general, actually) How’d I do?

    Looks really good and I love pretzel, not sure that pretzel loaves are a great return on investment, but you sure made great ones lol

    Feel like pretzel lends itself more to narrower bits, where the surface area makes up more of the total bread, but like I said, you did great on them

    These look great and I tend to agree with most folks here that a loaf is not a great return as far as pretzels go – I realllly enjoy making pretzel focaccia as you get a lot more pretzel crust to dough ratio while still being able to craft a normal size sandwich or what have you.

    Looks fantastic. Maybe a stupid question but how do you boil the whole loaf in one go? Like do you have a really big pan, or are the loaves smaller than I thought? Also does that not just become really unwieldy?
