rosemary and garlic infused iron skillet roasted potatoes you guys these are so good they’re crunchy they’re crispy flavorful amazing okay let’s start out by peeling our potatoes then we want to chop them into little bite-siz pieces and we’re going to do a 10-minute boil in the water let’s put some salt and a half a teaspoon of baking soda makes for even crispier potatoes we’re going to roughen up the edges just to give them a little texture on the outside and we’re going to crush our garlic and rosemary we’re going to put it into the oil and sauté it for a few minutes to get that flavor into the oil [Music] we’re going to strain out the chunks and set them aside and we’re going to use the oil to roast the potatoes and what we’re going to do is we’re going to cook them in our iron skillet we’re going to roast our potatoes for a total of 40 minutes in the oven and halfway through about 20 minutes in you want to pull them out and mix up the potatoes stir our rosemary and garlic back in sprinkle it with some salt and enjoy i cannot believe how delicious these are [Music]
