
It's hard to make my hard-boiled eggs look presentable…especially without an egg slicer.
A snack of two Finn Crisp sourdough rye thins, topped with a homemade yoghurt, tahini, miso and spring onion spread, and a hard-boiled egg seasoned with cracked black pepper. Served with a side of seasoned plum tomatoes.
