Recently got a Pro 575 and upgraded it with a Pizza oven. I’ve made ribs, beer can chicken and pork belly initially, now I’ve progressed to pizza. I like the things you can do with these pellet smokers. Here’s to retired life hobbies!

Just wanted to let you know, I have been on the fence for a while as the boss gave the green light but have been spiraling on which one to get. This post solidifies me getting the 575. So thank you for taking the time to share.
