Today, we’re discovering ‘Saffron’, an incredible Japanese bakery known for producing over 200 different types of bread daily! Located in Chiba prefecture, just outside Tokyo, this bakery is a paradise for bread lovers.
The Saffron group operates 10 bakeries in the Matsudo, Nagareyama Otakanomori, Kashiwa, and Ichikawa areas of Chiba prefecture, close to Tokyo, Japan. The first bakery opened in 1986 in Matsudo city and quickly became famous for its large selection of fresh and delicious bread. Today, we’re visiting the Nagareyama Otakanomori branch, which offers an impressive variety of breads.
In this video, we’ll take you behind the scenes to show you how their huge variety of bread is carefully prepared and baked, starting every day as early as 5 AM. With hundreds of freshly baked breads filling the shelves, Saffron attracts crowds eager to experience their delicious creations.
