First ever reverse sear, did a picanha. 225°f for ~2 hours till it hit about 125°f, then a hot sear in stainless with avocado oil. What do we think?

We just did our first home cook picanha. Ours were two steaks not a roast. But I was amazing how tender it was. Really great cut. This looks phenomenal
