Hi guys welcome back today we are making focaccia bread
focaccia bread is an italian delicious bread soft inside and crunchy outside
You can add whatever you want on top, it is most popular to add cherry tomatoes sprinkled with flakes salt and some herbs.

Recipe

500 grams of flour (4 cups)
2 tsp of yeast (instant dry yeast)
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
360 grams of lukewarm water (1.5 cup)

more time but let’s see if this works recipe is the same guys two teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt yeah we do everything the same as first time we stretch on fold and we let it rest for 15 feel the saltness and the oregano we added and the sesame seeds and liver tomato is just so good guys oh my god if you ask me if it’s worth to make it in a 24 hours and definitely yeah this more this more crispier it is more crispier and more it has more texture more fluffier and more crispier but this also more best to make it in just two hours this bread is just amazing in just two hour guys so this is not bad also yeah this is what we made yesterday so yeah you can you can bake it a bit more if you want like this color so yeah yeah this is amazing highly recommend yeah very easy to make you
