I have noticed a lot of people asking about how to prepare proteins, specifically chicken to keep it enjoyable and easy.
Ive also noticed how people are really complicated what should be a really efficient and easy staple in the kitchen – here is one recipe but the principal is the same.
- good quality tinned tomato's into a roasting pan, crush tomato's with fork
- season tomato's
- add whole chicken breasts, you do not need to cut them, I lay them in alternate heads and tails for thermal efficiency.
- olive oil entire pan and season chicken breast with whatever you like.
- cover with tin foil tight (super important)
- place in oven at 160 degrees Celcius for around three hours
This will literally fall apart to the touch. It will have steamed at such a high temperature and will take on moisture from the tomato's.
Please don't complicate this and goodluck! Add it to literally any salad or however you wish.
