I prep these every couple of weeks and freeze for a quick and delicious breakfast.

It's a homemade maple jalapeno breakfast sausage with egg and cheese wrap. I wrap in tin foil and freeze. I take it out the night before to defrost in the fridge. The next morning turn oven to 350, throw the wrap in. By the time I am ready to leave for work (20-25 min) it's heated up and ready to go.

    I like the oven heating method instead of the microwave; it heats more evenly and the textures are better. Most people are focused on speed (they want it ready in 2 minutes), but if it’s in there while you’re doing other things anyway, it doesn’t matter that it takes longer.
