breakfast: egg muffins with pepper and onion (and for husband bacon) with veggies on the side (cucumber, tomatoes, pepper)
snack: tomatoes, mozarella, corriander, leek (will add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar before eating)
lunch: pork loins in sauce with pearled barley, souerkraut on a side

Tues
breakfast: overnight oats (oats, chia seeds, iso hazelnut, lactofree milk, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
snack: rice waffles with strawberry jam
lunch: vodka pasta
Wed
breakfast: same as monday
snack: granola with fruits (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries), will add milk or yoghurt before eating
lunch: mexican prawn bowl

Damn looks amazing!
I’ve never cooked prawn and I think its somewhat rare dish here in Finland. Do you use fresh or frozen?
