My camera quality isn't the greatest guys but when I tell you this Tres Leche is 10/10 I really mean 100/10 it's so authentic and easy to bake an intermediate baker can tackle it. If your a beginner and you know how to fold and you know how to whip egg whites you can do it too. Tres Leche has been my favorite dessert always, forever, and I usually buy it at the Spanish bakery so I was shocked when this came out tasting exactly like it. My only suggestion is to add 1/3 cup of half and half and 1/4 cup of milk. I'll be honest I didn't measure the milk when pouring but I would say it was about 1/4 cup. I've made this before but it never tasted quite right. This is the real deal. The batter should be like a fluff the cake is very moist and airy. It's chef kiss 💋 🤌

Also when you buy it from the bakery there's always about an inch of syrup in the bottom, so I would double the syrup recipe if you like it with a lot milk, what's listed in the recipe is just enough for the cake to soak up.
