Since you have the boxes, they will show the pack date (aka kill date). This gives you the information you need to wet age them. I like to go 30 days, and sometimes my Sam’s Club will have some cases in the walk-in cooler that already have 20+ days on them.

Prices are getting outta control. Just last summer I was paying $3.99/lb for prime. Then late last year I was paying around $4.29/lb at my local Costco. Now $4.99/lb is a steal??
